But often you have two choices: flavoured fizzy drinks or ‘juice’ which contains more sugar than fruit most of the time, or plain old water. Water, water, water, all summer long can be as boring as a cardboard sandwich. Here are some quick ideas to add to the flavour: 1. **A squeeze of lemon juice: **Throw in a hint of lemon for a refreshing flavour. Some wellbeing experts claim doing this first thing will kick-start your metabolism for the day. 2. **Sliced cucumber and mint: **So very beauty salon!
